The Asbury Park Master Plan

The Asbury Park waterfront redevelopment plan encompasses residential, retail, entertainment and recreational elements.

The master plan features four areas of focus:

• Lake Village , which consists mainly of townhouses between Cookman and Lake Avenue.
• A designated Entertainment Area at the city's southern end.
  Ocean Avenue , a portion of Ocean Avenue between the entertainment zone and the
• Convention Hall - Paramount Theatre complex.
• The North Shore , a park-like district that will contain residential buildings
