JACKSON, NJ: Paramount Homes, the builder/developer of North Beach
Asbury
Park, Asbury Park, New Jersey, has committed to starting construction on
its second oceanfront luxury condominium building, The Seville, in 2005,
nearly one year sooner than originally planned. Emboldened by intense
prospect demand and a continuous inflow of 25-50 sales inquiries per
day, Paramount Homes executives agreed to invest in 2005 the several million
dollars in construction costs that had been earmarked for 2006.
With construction underway on the first of the enclave's buildings, The
Barcelona, concurrently building The Seville enables its buyers to
move-in during 2007 while also allowing buyers to capitalize on today's
historically low interest rates. In addition, the plan creates cost
efficiencies in construction and purchasing on homes in both buildings
and throughout the resort-style community. "It's clear to me and to

phase of North Beach Asbury Park, which is to feature 157 luxury
condominiums with one-, two- and a few three-bedroom floorplans that
encompass from approximately 1,100 - 2,500 square feet. Several
two-bedroom plans offer dens suitable as third bedrooms and all offer striking views
of the coastline and/or the skyline. Pricing is likely to range from
$400,000.00 to more than $1 million.
