RETAIL LEASING ON ASBURY PARK BOARDWALK EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS

Children from Care on the Square day care in Asbury Park,
New Jersey, tested out a new playground on the city's boardwalk recently, making
sure that the beach is ready for summer fun in the sun. Asbury Partners, LLC,
master developer for the 56-acre Oceanfront Asbury waterfront redevelopment,
contributed $10,000 toward the purchase and installation of the playground equipment,
in conjunction with the City of Asbury Park.
The new playground complements the
pristine Asbury Park beach and other new attractions including boardwalk shops,
eateries, entertainment events and festivals planned for the 2005 season.
Pictured with the children are (left to right): Dr. Guy
McCombs III, community liaison for Asbury Partners; Kevin G. Sanders, Mayor of
Asbury Park; and Larry Fishman, chief operating officer of Asbury Partners. The
playground installation is the latest effort by Asbury Partners to give back
to the community and enhance quality of life for the residents of Asbury Park.
In addition, the firm recently made a $500 donation to support after-school programming
activities of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Monmouth County, and a $1,000 contribution
to the Housing Authority for the purchase of kitchen equipment for the city's
senior residences.
