Using new kitchen equipment purchased with a donation from Asbury Partners, LLC, residents of Dr. Robinson Towers senior-living complex cooked a festive turkey and ham luncheon for a gathering of residents and special guests. Larry Fishman, chief operating officer of Asbury Partners, master developer of the Oceanfront Asbury waterfront redevelopment, together with Asbury Park Mayor Kevin Sanders and Resident Council President Evelyn Morris joined in the festivities, as did members of the Asbury Park Housing Authority.
Asbury Partners donated a total of $1,000 to the Housing Authority for the purchase of much-needed pots, pans, utensils and small kitchen appliances for the Authority's senior residences. The money was shared equally by three properties, which include Dr. Robinson Towers, Lumley Homes and Comstock Court.
